Good morning.  Just a short reminder that in order to be eligible for the challenge prizes you must follow all of the rules.  The rules are as follows ~

3. You may enter the challenge as many times as you want as long as each entry is a new project.

Challenge 21 ~ Gettin' Girly

Good morning and welcome to the 21st challenge here at 2 Sisters.  First we would like to thank Stitchy Bear Digital Stamps for sponsoring our last challenge.  We would also like to thank everyone who participated in our Thinking Of You Challenge to collect cards for patients in the transplant wards of Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston MA.  I have started receiving the cards that have been sent.  On January 30 I will have a package to deliver to the volunteers at the hospital.

This week the theme of our challenge is GETTIN' GIRLY.  We would like to see you go wild with the girly things such as lace, gems, ribbon, sparkles, pearls, etc.  For this challenge we are being sponsored by Patti Gomez of Pattie's Creations.

I am an Internet Technology Professional and an Artist. I always dreamed of being an artist, but I found out quickly that I needed another field to support my family so I pursued a Degree in Information Technology. I love to use Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks to enhance my work. I just recently started selling my very own digital images and I am so excited to be here sponsoring this Challenge.

Pattieboop is an 11 year old girl who is very opinionated. She was created by me, Pattie Gomez on September 7, 2009. Pattieboop is an average 11 year old and she loves dressing up. She is very petite in nature but stands tall because her mother always told her that “If you stand tall you will one day become someone important”. Pattieboop always remembers her mother’s words and makes sure she is noticed.
Pattieboop has a favorite pet named Allie. Allie is a slender black cat and loves playing and spending time with Pattieboop. Alllie spends most of her days napping and her nights are spent getting in to mischief…

We would like to thank everyone who played along with our challenge last week.  Please join us on Monday when we announce the winner and top 3.  As part of the challenge last week we began collecting cards to give to patients at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, Mass.  So this week we have decided to continue our challenge for one more week.  So what we would like you to do is to create a card with the theme of THINKING OF YOU.  You can also use HELLO, JUST FOR YOU & JUST A NOTE as sentiments on your card. We are asking that you please refrain from using the sentiment of get well.  As soon as you have created your card and entered it into the challenge, we are asking you to write a note of encouragement inside your card and address the envelope to "ANY PATIENT" and then place the card into an envelope addressed to Stacy:

Challenge 19 ~ Thinking Of You

Good morning and welcome to the 2 Sisters Challenge Blog for our 19th challenge.  This is the final challenge of 2010.  First we would like to thank Tracey Malnofeski of The Stamping Boutique for sponsoring our challenge last week.  We would also like to thank all of those who entered challenge 18.  There were over 100 entries.  You do an amazing job creating your projects.  I really enjoy seeing all of the different styles. 

Now I would like to explain our next challenge.  This week's challenge is a very special one for me.  Thirteen years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and two years ago this coming February 6th I had a bone marrow transplant and had to be away from home for a month.  What we would like to do is collect cards for the patients at the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston MA (this is where I had my bone marrow transplant).

To enter this challenge we are asking you to create a card that has a theme of THINKING OF YOU.  You can also use HELLO, JUST FOR YOU, & JUST A NOTE as sentiments on your cards.  We are asking that you refrain from using the sentiment of get well.  Once you have your card(s) made and posted to the challenge we are asking that you write an encouraging note in the card and address the envelope to "ANY PATIENT" and then place the card(s) in a package addressed to me at

Once I have collected the cards I will deliver them to the volunteers at the Brigham & Women's Hospital on January 30th (my next visit) to be handed out to patients in their transplant wards.
